Product Description
Vita Spire has developed four types of hydroxyapatite powders suitable for the manufacture of implantable medical devices. These products are sintered and possess high crystallinity, supporting the production of scaffolds, fillers, and other implants using methods such as thermal spraying and 3D printing (pressure extrusion, twin-screw extrusion). The products are categorized into four types based on particle size distribution, providing more options for surface modification and additive manufacturing.
The production process complies with the ISO 13485:2016 quality management system standard, and quality control conforms to the ASTM F1185-1988 standard.
